Extra easel

Wooden or black plastic easel for all your signage needs. Two easels already included with each rental. 



Lectern. Holds a microphone, a laptop, written notes for speaker.



White tablecloth.

White board White board (4' X 6') on wheels, with markers and eraser. $25

Freestanding panel

Support (40" x 40") for signs or photos, equipped with velcro and hooks.


Small stage 6' X 8' X 24" Skirted, with steps.  $220

Laser pointer

Tool for pointing at objects on screen from a distance.


Mac remote control

Allows presentator to change slides from a distance. Only works with Mac computers. 


Spider phone

For conference calls. Long distance fees at client's charge. 



Audio press box *

Provides up to 16 mic outputs.



Video camera

For filming your event or organizing a Skype meeting. Includes technical setup. Want to bring the viedo home? Micro SD card available for an extra fee. 



Media centre *

Cart on wheels includes audio and video system with 6 mics, sound mixer, video switch, and Blu-ray, CD and DVD player. Extra charge for technician's supervision during the event.  ($45/hr).



Digital recording device *

For recording your presentation's audio. You will receive your recording on a USB flash drive. 



LED light bar

12-LED light bar with programmable colours. Extra charge for setup and disassembly by technician ($45/hr).


Lighting board

192-channel console for LED light bars. Extra charge for setup and disassembly by technician ($45/hr).
