Payment and Cancellation

Payment

Payment by cheque adressed to the Maison du développement durable. Full amount of rental is due and payable within 30 days of receiving the invoice.

Cancellation policy

1 month to 15 days before the day of the event: 50 $ (per reservation block, per venue).

Between 14 and 6 days before the day of the event: 30% fee of the price of the venue.

5 days and before the day of the event: 100% of the price of the venue.

No phone cancellations are accepted. Only written cancellations will be considered.
