Nuit blanche 2017: Man and His World at the Centre for sustainable development

Montreal, February 13 – On March 4, from 8 pm to 1 am, travel back in time to Expo 67’s “Man and His World” exhibit, starring the environment, sustainable development and past and present society. Included in our time travel package: Yé-yé vibes with DJ Doro, creative workshops and retro bar.

Homo Antarctica exhibit and video projections

At 8 pm, Lorraine Turci’s striking Homo Antarctica exhibit will be opening for the very first time in Montreal. Prepare to be hypnotized by her video art, an intriguing mix of Expo 67 archive images and environmental photography.

Artistic youth pavilion

Learn to make your own vintage jewellery out of slides from the past and sleek inner tubes at ENvironnement Jeunesse's creative workshop. Let your artistic self loose and get inspired by a funky retro bicycle.

Dreams of Freedom

Pavilion At 9 and 10 pm, join two dancing flash mobs directed by a top-notch choreographer. Jive to a popular hit of the sixties and be part of a live video stream! A real blast from Yé-yé vibes with DJ Doro Get your funky moves out and dance to the era's top international hits. Silliness and smiles garanteed!

Past and future Montreal

Festival-goers will be invited to colour in a collective mural in the Centre's bay windows visible from the street. A unique experience.

Retro bar

You won't be able to resist the delicious beers and drinks offered by the Marius Bar.
